You’ll work on variety of projects, develop tools and data further and get the privilage to work with a various range of stakeholders within our Operations / Supply Chain community.
To become an expert in what you are doing, you’ll obtain an E2E understanding of Red Bull’s Supply Chain, you’ll understand the different requirements and challenges and you’ll build a strong network within and outside of operations cross functional.

Job Description
Project Management
You’ll be assigned to certain projects within Operations function. You’ll also take ownership of process development, status and maintenance of projects in the system and develop reporting in supported tools (e. g. workfront).
Reporting Capabilities & Data Analysis & Presentations
You’ll furthermore be responsible for developing our data management, KPI settings, reporting structure, capabilities by improving transparency, visualizations via specific tools (i.e Power BI, Power Pivot, SQL, Visual Basic etc). In this role you will work on reporting and make sure you can present them in front of a group in the best visual way.
Functional support
In this position you’ll also be asked to support all functions such as Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Administration. You will be given daily tasks which will help you to gain knowledge and experience in the overall Supply Chain and Operations.
HQ communications
Your responsibilities also include leading the communications and relationships with HQ and/or Regional teams for your assigned projects. You’ll have to explain, update, response, convince overseas teams who might be involved or interested in respective projects.
Qualifications
Proven excellence in your academic life
"Can do" mentality, open and solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills
Previous exposure to supply chain management (e. g. planning, logistics, customer service) and working knowledge in ERP (SAP R/3 & APO) is a strong plus.
Analytical skills, eye for detail and an affinity to processes and systems
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Active usage of data management, data visualization, reporting tools such as Power BI, Power pivot, SQL, VBA, Excel Macros etc.
Additional Information
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer etc), business administration or specialized qualifications in logistics/planning/supply chain management
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English, German is a Plus
