JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

  • The Operations Specialist's focus is providing a high level of administrative support by coordinating and producing reports, investigating audit outliers, and recommending corrective actions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Runs standard and ad hoc reports in AMS systems on a scheduled and as needed basis.
  • Solves technical support issues for the internal and external users of various Platform tools.
  • Manages system access requests, which may include insurance company partner portal administration, access to AMS systems, or other Platform tools.
  • Manages download interactions, troubleshoots, and creates related reports.
  • Assists with data conversions and migrations between systems.
  • Audits data entry and makes changes/modifications as required.
  • Assists with special projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be a hands-on, 'get it done' problem solver
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
  • Must be tactful and persuasive
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an emphasis in Excel
  • Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
  • Demonstrates the firm's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm's culture.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance strongly preferred
  • 3 years of industry experience
