- Supporting the effective execution of the Risk Assessment program, through coordination of strong intelligence relating to data supporting annual RCSA workshops, Semi-Annual RCSA Attestation, Quarterly ECRA routines and ongoing monitoring and maintenance, including:
- Prepares Workshop specific Data Packs in line with Workshop Calendar;
- Prepares RCSA specific supporting data for Semi-Annual RCSA Attestation
- Creates ECRA files for analysis by Compliance SMEs in support of the quarterly ECRA assessment window
- Delivers monthly RCSA data pack change analysis, identifying material movements and providing initial analysis / escalations for consideration by the Risk Assessment Team;
- Review key fields across risk assessments to identify enhancement opportunities, gaps or errors using data analysis tools and techniques;
- Review and ensure proper Cost Center to RAU Alignment within Operations in a timely and effective manner.
- Providing meaningful reporting of risk analysis, assessment outcomes, including trends, themes and opportunities.
- Coordination of data drop-files for the risk assessment system of record, as relevant to ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of data.
- Design and preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed, including Key Indicators.
- Delivery of related programs and initiatives, as the need arises.
Basic Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- - Typically more than three years of applicable experience
- 3+ years of experience in an applicable risk management environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a user of Power BI / Tableau and Archer eGRC and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets (experience in a large financial institution an advantage)
- Effective task management, strong fact-based communication skills, strong presentation skills, problem solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to cooperate with all levels of management to multi-task in an ever-changing environment and to adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and part of a virtual team in a self-directed manner and highly motivated to tackle challenging problems.
