The Operations Recruitment Specialist will perform higher-level administrative duties, own C level priority recruitment and drive project-based activities to support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Operations team in all phases of the recruitment cycle. This position ensures the consistent and timely execution of services such as offer letter generation, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Candidate maintenance and movement and associated Workday requirements. Monitoring and updating job requisitions, overseeing candidate screening process, maintaining vendor invoicing and supporting Recruiting reporting requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities
C Level Recruitment Priorities:
- Function as primary point of contact for all C Priority recruitment in Canada
- Ensure effective networking with Market Managers and General Managers across Canada
- Effective execution of full-cycle recruitment process
- Ensure all recruitment is completed in a timely manner as per target date
Administrative:

Support all day-to-day recruitment such as creating job posts and updating the recruitment log

Ensure all General Manager organizational structure in Workday is accurate, positions and requisitions are opened and closed correctly

Ensures consistent and timely completion of centralized services such as job creations, job postings, and system administration

Liaise with corporate recruitment, ensure adherence to Boyd policy

Administrate candidate tracker for all applicants
Sourcing/Phone Screens:

Review applicants in Workday

Source candidates on Indeed as required

Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with high priority roles, as assigned
Overseas Recruitment Administration:

LMIA process

Coordinate with Provincial nominee programs

Assist in evaluation of Candidates with Director, Technical Training
Job/Career Fairs:
- Attend job fairs and meet with potential candidates
- Research Auto Body Industry job fairs, including school events

Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment environment working with an applicant tracking system - Workday experience Preferred

Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000/year
