Job Description
• Strictly comply with the plant's Safety and Quality requirements. Motivate the rest of the teams to comply with them.
• Management of continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools for this purpose (data analysis, work in interdisciplinary groups, communication, Ishikawa diagram, etc.).
• Management of multidisciplinary work teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance...HR, Finance).
• Determine and establish clear and precise objectives. Clear orientation to achieve results.
• Clear and precise communication. Provide clear information to the rest of the team participants.
• Manage and maintain in correct disposition the documentation of all actions, projects, etc.
• Provide specific training to partners. • Support plant operations when necessary.
Key Ingrediients
- 1 to 3 years of experience.. Experience in food manufacturing and in process development, focus improvement.etc.
- English and Spanish fluency.
