The Operations Planning and Analysis Analyst, plays a pivotal role in driving the business's success by delivering comprehensive business analyses and analytical solutions to inform management and operational decision-making. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and refining existing dashboards and reports, as well as contributing to projects focused on tracking key performance metrics. Additionally, this role involves collaborating under supervision to gather and analyze data, ultimately producing insightful business intelligence (BI) content, dashboards, and reports and communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

• Define which data will be needed to understand product and business performance, and to answer questions posed by stakeholders. Recommend courses of action based on the data gathered.

• Utilizing business intelligence data and tools to maintain, create, and update existing reporting/analytical content and visualizations.

• Actively acquiring knowledge of industry and business trends through engagement with internal subject matter experts, artifacts, and other informed individuals.

• Identify patterns and trends to answer business questions and improve decision making process.

• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly meetings to review key performance indicators.

• Collaborating to gather data from diverse sources and produce new reporting/analytical content using SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, or other extraction tools.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners as well as all levels of senior leadership.

• Performs other duties as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in collecting and compiling relevant data. Outstanding analytical abilities, business analysis skills and a systematic thinking approach.

• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Snowflake, or Python. Familiarity with relational databases.

• Experience with at least one advanced visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau, is advantageous.

• 2+ years’ experience in statistical analysis and forecasting required

• Timeshare, Hotel, or Travel industry experience a plus
