About the role:

Are you ready to drive performance and lead transformative initiatives across Southern Europe? As the Operations Performance Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our VP of Operations Southern Europe to monitor and enhance operational efficiency end-to-end. From coordinating CAPEX budgets to implementing high-impact projects and fostering collaboration within our teams, this role is all about pushing boundaries and making a tangible difference.

Key responsibilities:

1. Operational performance enhancement :

   - Partner with Finance and Operations teams to implement continuous improvement strategies for efficiency across our management teams.

   - Lead cross-functional analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions.

   - Design KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track and showcase operational improvements.

   - Organize performance reviews and action plans to fuel collaboration with our management entities and global teams.

2. CAPEX budget coordination :

   - Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to build and manage the 3-year CAPEX plan.

   - Oversee CAPEX budget and cash flow, ensuring strict alignment with financial goals.

   - Chair CAPEX steering committees to ensure effective budget management.

3. Southern Europe Operations roadmap implementation :

   - Drive the rollout of the Southern Europe Operations roadmap in collaboration with local affiliates.

   - Share best practices across entities and prioritize projects with stakeholders.

   - Take ownership of key operational projects within Southern Europe.

4. Dynamic team leadership across Southern Europe :

   - Manage and organize key meetings with Southern Europe and global Operations teams.

   - Foster connections and lead rituals with local and Global Operations teams for performance reviews.

Skills & qualifications :

- Dual expertise in Finance and Operations with a strong operational excellence mindset.

- Proven track record in handling complex projects within an industrial setting, ideally internationally.

- Solid experience with CAPEX budgeting and performance improvement projects.

- Leadership qualities with a knack for cross-functional communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate :

- Brings a combination of operational and financial expertise, paired with a strategic view on performance improvement.

- Self-driven, with leadership skills and a proactive approach to team engagement and problem-solving.

- Thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make an impact on a regional and global scale.

- Speaks fluent French, English, and ideally Spanish
