Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Operation Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across our distribution business. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous growth, working closely with the Country General Manager and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage end-to-end operations, including logistics, warehouse, order fulfillments, customer service and internal process.
Process Improvement:
Analyze current operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy and cost-effectiveness
Team Management:
Lead, coach and develop the operations team to drive high performance and a strong service culture
Vendor and Partner Coordinator:
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control process to maintain accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimize stock levels
Customer Focus:
Ensure excellent customer experience by setting and maintaining high service standards across all operational touchpoints.
Reporting & KPIs
Develop, track and report on operational metrics and KPIs to the CGM, provide actionable insights to support decision making.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, company policies and industry best practices.
Strategic Projects:
Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, such as new implementations, expansions and operational transformations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in BA, SCM or a related field (master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum 5+ year experience in operations management, preferably in technology distribution, supply chain, or a related sector

Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse operational teams

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools and MS office suite (other digital platforms is a plus)

Excellence communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred skills:

Experience in tech products and distribution logistics

Familiarity with ISO standards, Lean Management / Six Sigma methodologies.
