Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic and meticulous Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence, leading both strategy and operational efficiency across our US Market. If you’re a person, with a knack for operations and a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead Operational Strategy & Execution: Roll up your sleeves to develop and drive a cohesive operations strategy that aligns with our company's goals and growth plans, reporting directly into our VP of Operations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices and automations across markets and departments, ensuring smooth and scalable operations.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, content, sales, marketing, mentors and customer success to build strong internal processes, enhancing communication and alignment across our global team.
  • Quality Assurance: Design and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in customer experience, product delivery, and service quality.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Change Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and successfully manage change across teams to adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and demonstrated experience hiring and managing high-performing teams, executing cross-functional projects, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement projects and improving business metrics in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in management consulting, finance, high growth technology companies and/or with marketplace business models is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex operational processes and develop holistic, data-driven solutions.
  • A history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and executing projects from proposal to implementation
  • Demonstrated success working with remote, dispersed teams, with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
