Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Director, Process Engineering, Operations Manager role involves Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
• Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor Operations team.
• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in WO closure and management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of production processes.
• Advanced English
• Strong background in personnel management, including workforce planning, development, and performance oversight.
• Expertise in Work In Progress analysis to optimize production flow and minimize operational bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
• Proficient in conducting 4Q analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration and leadership with CFTs.
