SUMMARY

Develops, coordinates, and manages all warehouse operations in the Princeton Service Center. Ensure the continuous improvement of quality, productivity, and financial performance. Build long-term relationships with customers/suppliers/associates. Analyze and correct problems that arise, and support associate’s growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzes the actual performance of the Service Center in relation to submitted objectives and targets
  • Responsible for the operational direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Princeton Service Center. 
  • Manage and provide leadership to employees
  • Maintain excellent communications with customers
  • Summarize and analyze budgets and results with other management staff
  • Coordinates with the Sales group to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Authorizes and monitors contracts, orders, and purchase orders of supplies, reviews quotes
  • Develops and evaluate work instructions, procedures, & training programs
  • Recommends, plans, and implements equipment needs to improve efficiency and/or achieve cost reduction.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

Must have bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, business major preferred, with 8-10 years’ experience, including budgeting, planning and management experience.

Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook, J.D. Edwards Software. WMS Systems Internet Usage/Proficiency
