Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Bangalore- Manyata Tech park
Business & Team: Retail Operations
CBA India is responsible for servicing multiple brands and business units across the Group; delivering a highly flexible operations, technology and data management functions, outstanding customer experiences and better risk outcomes. This is achieved through process management and a cross-skilled, capable workforce.
Retail Operations is responsible for the decisioning, fulfilment, and settlement and servicing of retail lending products across CBA and forms part of the broader Retail Operations team.

Reporting lines: Reports to Senior Manager
Roles & responsibilities:

Gain understanding of customer requests and processing documentation within agreed turnaround times, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.

Exhibit adherence to policy and procedure and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement.

Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure highest standards are maintained.

Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.

Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
-
Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
-
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your Manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.

Have necessary understanding of CBA retail products.

10+ Years of Experience

Strong attention to numbers – ability to focus on numerical data with precision, accuracy and thoroughness.

Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian onshore team

Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate.
Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Management.
