Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Easygenerator, you will drive operational efficiency by developing strategies, managing resources, and overseeing key projects. We are looking for a will be hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Operational Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to improve efficiency and align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Resource Management:
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, budget, and equipment, to optimize output without compromising quality.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
• Project and Process Management:
  • Oversee and manage operational projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with company goals.
  • Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.
• Risk Management and Compliance
  • Identify potential operational risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• External Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banking activities, including transactions, account management, and related administrative tasks.
  • Handle visits to banks and government institutions to facilitate essential company operations, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Operations Oversight and Strategic Coordination
  • Lead the organization of travel itineraries and accommodations for team members and executives, optimizing travel arrangements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee event planning logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation, ensuring each event aligns with company objectives and is executed seamlessly.

Qualifications

Our ideal Operations Manager will have:  

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
