The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing our daily financial operations, operational activities, and providing exceptional customer support. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success of AIPRM and RAGIDX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operational and financial activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor financial transactions and budget to ensure the financial health of the organization.
• Implement and maintain operational best practices, optimizing processes for better efficiency.
• Lead customer support efforts, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with different teams to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on operations and financial status for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other external partners.

• Residency in Ireland is mandatory.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of financial management, operational processes, and customer support.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
