What You'll Do:
Operations Manager, Arts & Entertainment: Oversee and manage the operational elements of Hampton Court Palace Festival and Windsor Illuminated produced by the Arts & Entertainment Division at IMG.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Operational Management of key operational services for at least 2 events within the Arts & Entertainment Division at IMG UK Limited.

Planning and operational management of events including venue and supplier, negotiation and management.

Build and maintain supplier relationships on a strategic level for efficiency and cost saving purposes.

Project management of the events, driving discussions with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align Operational outcomes with overall business strategies.

Liaising with the Event Director, Senior Operations Director, Event Manager, Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate the event.

Procurement of all operational services, from initial tenders to negotiation, appointment and writing the contractual legal agreements.

Overseeing health & safety and food hygiene (if required) of all aspects of the event.

Liaising and building good working relationships with the Local Authority, and key stakeholders including Venues and other bodies.

Managing key freelancers pre-show and onsite.
-
Managing traders and sponsors prior to events and onsite.
-
Liaising and attending Safety Advisory Group Meetings.

Managing Operational Budget and Forecasting.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and various third parties at all levels.

Cultivating positive relationships with junior team members to foster collaboration and support organizational goals.

Compilation and proofing of detailed event documentation including risk assessments, method statements and emergency event safety plans.

Additional tasks as required within the scope of the role.

Overseeing floorplan layouts ensuring the best yield and visitor flow whilst maintaining all H & S and venue requirements.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Successful feedback on the events from all key stakeholders (indications from debriefs from venues, local authorities, visitors, key sponsors and contractor post event survey)

Operational budget management of event budgets

Organic growth of established events including improving event experience, creativity cost control and revenue streams

Ensuring the Operations Coordinator is managing the event workload effectively in a timely manner

Networking and building relationships
Working Conditions:
Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months, London Chiswick Park

Regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the Event
-
Outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role
