OPERATIONS LEAD
Amsterdam/Rotterdam, hybrid
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and efficiency within our account. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial and process management, enhancing profitability, and fostering alignment across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Roadmap Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account operations.

Profitability Reporting: Maintain, update, and share account profitability reports, ensuring ongoing accuracy and transparency.

Time Tracking Oversight: Ensure proper time tracking hygiene, including:

Correct tracking of hours across budgets.

Managing transitions of temporary and non-billable hours.

Educating teams on best practices for time tracking.

Operational Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level operational questions (e.g., IC-related queries).

Finance Liaison: Act as the link between the account team and the finance department, ensuring smooth financial operations and reporting.

External Communications: Support and manage external communications related to operations and finance.

Media Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the management of media budgets.

ICSOW Responsibility: Ensure compliance and best practices within ICSOW.
- Manage and mentor Jr. PMOs, supporting their professional growth and operational skill development. Provide ongoing coaching, sparring, and upskilling initiatives

Proficient in financial reporting, time tracking systems, and process optimization.

An effective communicator who can liaise between teams, finance, and external stakeholders.

A proactive leader, capable of driving efficiency and fostering alignment across global teams.
