Operations Generalist

It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add an Associate Software Engineer to our team.
The Revenue Operations team is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Operations Generalist to join our team to help support our sales and marketing functions. Reporting to the Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Tech Stack Support: Assist in the day-to-day support of our go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, including but not limited to, data entry, maintenance, and onboarding.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Support data cleansing and enrichment efforts as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for sales and marketing teams.
• Sales Support: Assist with territory management, sales performance tracking, content library and quota uploads.
• Marketing Support: Execute Event Registration Enrichment and Imports

Okay, we've laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Here are the preferred qualifications we're looking for in a Operations Generalist:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance or Revenue Operations; preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ZoomInfo, Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus, but training will be provided.

This position is a 6 month Contract to hire opportunity
