How to contribute to our vision
- Design robust and competitive operational models for future Wind Farm projects, liaising with operations and subject matter experts to ensure that these are reflective of operational requirements.
- Review and update operational standards to ensure they remain relevant and in line with best practice and lessons learned from SGRE’s project portfolio.
- Support customer contractual negotiations ensuring that operational models are reflective of both SGRE & customer requirements.
- Manage project risks and opportunities through identifying and assessing risks and creating appropriate mitigation actions and contingencies.
- Support in mitigating non-conformance costs, ensuring lessons are learned and required corrections are implemented into active and future bids.
- Regular reporting of project status to the ODM Programme Manager and senior management teams in Operations & Sales.
- Manage internal and external customer relationships through effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Lead & support internal ODM improvement projects to ensure that the team continuously improves and adapts for the future.
- Manage and regularly monitor compliance to applicable standards, rules and regulations (local and international)
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for applicants with:
- Proven wind industry experience in a customer-facing operational role where you have gained a strong understanding of offshore wind service operations.
- Proven experience dealing with contractual and commercial activities, ideally from the wind industry.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – most importantly, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively – both internally and externally – through a variety of means, including report writing, presentations, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders with different perspectives, including customers.
- A willingness and ability to travel to customer or project locations globally.
- A formal project management qualification would be an advantage
- Wind turbine technical knowledge would be a plus
