ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the Operations team in the continuous improvement of their assets.
- Lead experiments to generate insights about Operations practices and processes.
- Uncover through data analysis hidden opportunities for improvement
- You will be mentored by an Operations Manager to support the Ops team with the best analytics from our department.
- Building a deep understanding of data and pipelines.
- This role is suited for Analysts who enjoy a cross-functional role and love to problem-solve. We are looking for a down to earth, detail-oriented person who has a thirst for knowledge and can form their own fair, holistic judgement.
- Define KPIs that matter and help us to identify the best practices to et a deep understanding of all the variables (both internal and external) that have an impact on the Operations department
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics preferred. MSc is positively valued.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized mindset.
- 3+ years experience in data analytics
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus!
- Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You will also have strong analytical, and organisational skills.
- You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.
- You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
