As a Hub Manager, you will take care of our daily business of our on-demand RMV service in the greater Frankfurt area and ensure that our passengers are transported reliably. You will drive continuous improvements and have unique opportunities to help shape the future of passenger transportation in the region.

Please note this role is internally referred to as Field Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • You are responsible for managing daily operations and own key performance metrics for our on-demand services
  • You lead the field team on-site, work closely with the central operations team, act as a point of contact for partners and driving staff, and actively contribute ideas for process optimization
  • You analyze feedback from passengers, drivers, and partners, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance service quality
  • You play a vital role in Via’s expansion efforts, driving projects like depot and charging infrastructure setup, and recruiting and training drivers

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 1-4 years of work experience to guide you. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience levels - whether you’ve worked as a store manager, had a role at a startup, or come from a completely different industry - we want to hear from you.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have experience in taking responsibility for employees
  • You remain calm under stress and always find the right tone, whether in discussions with the management level of our partners or our drivers
  • You're data-driven and use metrics to make decisions and set priorities
  • You get excited by end-to-end responsibility and want to actively shape the mobility revolution
  • Your German language skills are at least C1 level and your English is at an advanced level
  • You have a valid drivers license in Germany, class B

  • Salary Range: €45-55k. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
