What you’ll be doing:

  • Travel 80%+ to new locations around the US and coordinate team movements and execution to support Engineering and New Market Expansion priorities
  • Coordinate day/swing/night operations and personnel at facilities in new and up-and-coming markets to provide critical mileage accumulation and discrete test data to Engineering
  • Ensure the success of the shift by meeting service-level agreements while maintaining high levels of team morale, enthusiasm, and engagement
  • Communicate assignments, break location and time, and other ad hoc projects with AVTs
  • Manage deployment of our AV fleet, ensuring a safe and efficient operation while maintaining charge levels
  • Lead AV troubleshooting and immediate issue reporting to Operations Managers, Vehicles team, and engineering teams
  • Prepare daily reports and log JIRA tickets
  • Immediately respond to incidents in the field
  • Assist with high level, complex projects and pilot programs, collaborating with other cross-functional teams
  • Mentoring junior Coordinators

What you must have:

  • Experience in operations management, operations planning, or project management at a fast-paced start-up or tech company
  • Ability to travel 80%+ of the time
  • You are a tenacious teammate, with a bias toward action and a continuous improvement approach. You work well with others
  • Tough problems and setbacks do not deter you; you see them as exciting challenges and growth opportunities
  • Competency in G-Suite products (Slides, Sheets, Forms), and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • The ability to communicate key issues coherently and confidently to cross-functional partners

Bonus points!

  • Operational experience with a large, 24/7 frontline workforce
  • Mobility or transportation experience, particularly with a large fleet
  • Entrepreneurial experience/ownership mentality or other innovation history
  • Competency in Jira, Jama, Lucidchart, Smartsheets, and/or Looker
  • Experience managing and deploying key assets, especially in new markets or in travel settings

The hourly range for this position is $23 - $25/hr. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
