About Homage

Homage is a purpose-led, tech-powered care platform that delivers high-quality, personalised care to support older Australians and individuals living with disabilities. Through a combination of smart technology and a large community of trained professionals, we provide support services at home and in the community—enabling greater independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

As we expand across Australia, we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused operator to join our team and help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Supply & Strategic Operations Associate to play a critical role in building and scaling Homage’s workforce supply engine. You’ll help grow our network of Care Professionals (support workers, nurses, and other aides) and design systems that match the right professionals with the right types of services and clients—from transport assistance to medication support, and across funding programs like the Home Care Package (HCP) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and workforce planning, with high visibility and ownership. You'll work cross-functionally to build scalable acquisition funnels, optimise onboarding, and drive activation through data-driven processes—all while ensuring compliance and quality are never compromised.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build systems from scratch, scale them with precision, and grow into a future leadership role as Homage expands into new service categories and geographies.

What You’ll Do1. Build Workforce Supply Pipelines

  • Design and grow our talent pool of Care Professionals across key service types (e.g. Transport, Medication) and funding streams (e.g. HCP, NDIS).
  • Identify new lead sources—training schools, community groups, digital job boards—and convert them into scalable acquisition channels.
  • Segment the workforce based on client needs and geographies to ensure a strong service match.

2. Own and Optimise Acquisition Funnel and Activation

  • Build and execute on  the end-to-end journey for new applicants: lead capture, onboarding, documentation, and engagement.
  • Design and execute clear pathways to move applicants from interested to active, working hand-in-hand with service operations and local teams.
  • Track dropout rates, response times, and activation success—and implement solutions that improve conversion.

3. Data & Performance Management

  • Create dashboards and reports to measure funnel health, supply quality, and cost-efficiency.
  • Optimise marketing and acquisition spend with clear return-on-investment insights.
  • Monitor trends and performance across channels to guide operational decisions.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Set up scalable systems that ensure all applicants meet Homage’s onboarding standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Build in checkpoints and safeguards to maintain service quality even as we grow quickly.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure documentation, insurance, and verification are streamlined.

5. Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner with Product, Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure supply acquisition aligns with demand and service delivery.
  • Represent the voice of supply in internal discussions, ensuring that workforce realities are built into planning and partnerships.

6. Strategic Operational Projects & Execution

  • Drive key strategic supply initiatives, including developing specialised funnels such as Basic Caregivers (BCGs), NDIS-certified support workers, and exploring fixed employment engagement models.
  • Lead execution of new workstreams such as launching the Homage Academy to upskill care professionals based on operational needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve the supply roadmap in alignment with business and regulatory milestones.

Who You AreMust-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, recruitment operations, or project management
  • Strong analytical mindset—confident using spreadsheets, and able to work with data tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar)
  • Structured thinker with experience running projects across multiple stakeholders or departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, hands-on, action-oriented individual—not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Mission-driven, with a genuine passion for expanding meaningful employment opportunities to care professionals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and adaptable to change

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in healthcare, workforce marketplaces, or supply-chain-based businesses
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, field team activation, or onboarding
  • Understanding of Australia’s aged care or disability sector (e.g. NDIS, HCP)

Tools You’ll Use

  • Internal proprietary tools developed by Homage
  • Tableau (data dashboards and reporting)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Notion (project management and documentation)

Work Environment

  • We operate in a hybrid model with 2 in-office days per week.
  • The first 2 weeks will be fully in-office to support onboarding, shadowing, and systems immersion.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Build from Zero to One: You’ll lay the foundation for how we grow and manage our entire supply pool in Australia.
  • Own High-Impact Projects: You’ll directly influence fulfilment, client success, and partner outcomes.
  • Grow with the Business: This role is designed to grow into a Lead or Senior role as Homage expands into new territories and service lines.
  • Mission-Driven Work: Help shape better care experiences for thousands of Australians.
