Job Description
You will be involved in RUN missions (MCO, operational support and level 2/3 administration, production management, task automation) and some Build tasks.
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the application environments and middlewares related to the SaaS solutions offered by our company. Your main tasks will be as follows:
Creation and management of application environments:
- Setting up environments for new clients and new products;
- Configuring and setting up middlewares and applications.
Application deployments:
- Performing deployments in Testing, Pre-Production, and Production environments;
- Coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure reliable and efficient production releases.
Supervision and maintenance of operational conditions (MCO/MCS):
- Proactive monitoring of environments;
- Automation and continuous improvement of supervision and administration processes;
- Implementing and tracking preventive and corrective actions.
Incident management and technical support:
- Analyzing and resolving incidents in collaboration with internal and external teams;
- Proposing improvements to reduce the recurrence of incidents.
Qualifications
- Academic Background: Technical Training or Degree in Informatics, System Administration, Networks or similar areas;
- 2 to 5 years of experience;
- Fluency in French is mandatory;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Advanced knowledge in System Administration (Linux/Windows), Reverse Proxy Servers (HAProxy, IIS), Databases (Oracle), CI/CD and Scripting (Azure DevOps, PowerShell and Shell);
- Autonomy;
- Thoroughness and analytical skills to effectively resolve incidents;
- Multitasking, attention to detail and rigor;
- Reliability, professionalism, ability to work under pressure.
