Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with respect to the delivery and acceptance of new leased units to include preparing lease documentation, asset set up, funding dealers, billing and investor packages. Work closely with the sales team to meet customer specific service requirements as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Track delivery of units on order for assigned client base.
- Prepare lease documents after confirming delivery and fund equipment dealers after the documents have been executed.
- Set up assets in the Truck System for billing based on client specific requirements.
- Prepare documentation packages required for selling transactions to equity sources.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years customer service and/or financial services experience. Leasing knowledge preferred.
- Above average Microsoft Excel skills.

Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.
Positions Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments.

Pay Range:
$49,900-$69,800
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
