Responsibilities

Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure all necessary training and resources are provided.

Oversee a team responsible for training new hires

Support the operations manager with the onboarding process.

Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout their onboarding period.

Conduct orientation sessions and training workshops.
-
Track and report on the progress of new hires during their onboarding period.
-
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the onboarding process.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in training and onboarding, preferably in a managerial role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using training software and tools.
