Role: Operations Management Analyst
Location: Delft, Netherlands
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Management Analyst to join our Operations Management Support team and enhance the efficiency of our Global Delivery Operations function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities:
As an Operations Management Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing operational processes, analyzing performance data, and supporting the day-to-day operations of various key initiatives in the company.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and assist in implementing process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs to track performance, ensuring alignment with goals, and prepare reports and dashboards for senior management with actionable insights.
- Support strategic projects (e.g., process reengineering, system implementations) and collaborate with delivery teams (cybersecurity, compliance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and deliver training on operational procedures, ensuring delivery teams understand and comply with standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain up-to-date documentation across processes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making, and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify risks in operational processes, develop strategies for mitigation, and ensure business continuity.
- Fulfil general operational needs related to critical systems and processes, supporting various initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in operations, process improvement, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
