We are seeking a versatile and dedicated colleague who will play a critical role in supporting our Senior Vice President, Head of Operations Marine, Energy & Infrastructure, based in Polinyà, Spain, and ensuring the smooth coordination of activities across the Operations organization. Your organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be invaluable in handling complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

In this role, you will also work closely with the operations management team to coordinate and perform activities that span various functions, such as company events, conferences, and team-building activities. As such, you will be at the heart of decision-making processes, making a significant impact by providing critical support to our operations team. You will act as a liaison between executives, peers, and external collaborators, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

We're looking for a great teammate eager to provide support in the following tasks:

  • Elaborating e-mail monitoring and calendar management on behalf of your leader.
  • Arranging management team meetings and business review meetings.
  • Preparing presentations in partnership with the management team.
  • Tackling coordination and follow-up actions on non-project related operational activities.
  • Administering various SharePoint sites.

The successful candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid experience in coordinating in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Knowledge and/or experience as an EA/PA to a senior leader (ideally C-suite) in an international company, including facilitation of senior leadership team meetings, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook is required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
