The Onshore Service Manager is responsible for and leads a well project team for the Integrated Solutions group. This position would include oversight of all stages of the project but focus primarily on operational deployment. The Onshore Service Manager is accountable for the project P&L and leads all elements of Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties as acts as the primary liaison for the client interface of the project.
As our Onshore Services Manager you will also be responsible for:
- Performing as Single Point of Contact with the client, nurturing the relationship and ensuring all operational deployment activities go to plan
- Managing daily work of the core project execution team and indirectly all other project assigned personnel and stakeholders
- Supporting rig operations in drilling, completion and slot recovery activities
- Managing multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements.
- Applying Baker Hughes specific group (Integrated Solutions) Management System
- Acting as a strong, committed HSE Leader participating in internal and external HSE & Quality audits to ensure any identified gaps and improvement opportunities are effectively addressed.
- Leading continual project reviews, with client, company leadership, internal project staff, contracted parties and potential industry or official bodies. Participates in peer reviews, after action reviews and any investigations as required.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a track record onshore or offshore in a service delivery, supervisory, operations, project management or engineering role where you can demonstrate customer interaction
- Demonstrate technical competence in Drilling OR Completions from an operational perspective
- Consultant on a technical and operational level to our customers and build successful and strategic relationships
- Have a robust, agile and can-do attitude willing to flex to the needs in an ever-changing operational environment
- Have good interpersonal, influencing and operational planning skills
- Functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity is preferred.
- Well Control awareness would be considered as advantageous.
- Have excellent Norwegian or English oral and written communications skills
