Job Description Summary
As an Online Sales Contract Coordinator at Taylor Morrison, your role includes coordinating all activities related to all the contracts and documents involved in a purchase and sale in your region. Your primary responsibility is to audit and complete the contract package and addendums and ensure that our divisions receive efficient and effective support. Your contributions are crucial in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining our reputation as a reliable and customer-focused organization. Your work will ensure a seamless transition of contract documentation with our customers and Community Sales Managers.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing communications with Sales and Closing Department throughout building process
- Audit Contract Documents for completeness and accuracy
- Generate and process all documents for contracts, amendments, earnest deposits and design
- Distribute signed/approved contract packages to appropriate departments and file storage
- Work with sales to improve contract quality
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you:
- 2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience (both New Home Sales Experience and general Real Estate Experience Preferred but not required)
- You are strong in communication skills, both oral and written
- You are very organized and good at documentation
- You are customer service oriented and believe the customer, both internal and external, is the number one priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:

- Report to the Contract Operations Manager daily and adhere to the prioritized schedule
- Ability to attend division and department huddles virtually
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have virtual conversations with co-workers and higher-level manager
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around the work environment as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work weekends
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
