Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketing Manager to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role, reporting to the Director of Marketing Web Strategy, will primarily focus on both short- and long-term search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing SEO strategies—such as content updates, keyword research, competitive monitoring, and technical SEO improvements. The role also involves overseeing conversion testing on the web page through multivariate (MVT) and A/B testing, conducting website updates, and researching to build business cases that support initiatives for increasing organic sessions and conversions on the web page.

- Minimum required work experience: 3 to 6 years.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy and Execution: Comprehensive understanding of content and technical SEO, including in-depth knowledge of Google’s web crawling process and the ability to identify opportunities for enhancing website visibility, rank, and performance in search engines.
- A/B and Multivariate Testing: Experience developing testing hypotheses you develop through competitive analysis, learnings gained from previous experiments, or insights from first-party data; should have examples of personally driving the execution of website tests with IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to improve engagement and conversion.
- Digital and Web Analytics: Monitors and analyzes website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Leverages this data to inform future SEO strategy and testing roadmap for websites.
- Brand and Consumer Marketing: Understands how a brand maintains relevance with ever-changing consumer preferences and applies this knowledge to SEO and testing plans. Analyzes demographics, evaluates provided consumer research and studies product features in order to understand the consumer. Uses knowledge of the consumer to improve SEO and overall website experience, leading to tangible business outcomes.
- UX/UI Design Coordination: Experience working with teams that design intuitive user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) to create positive experiences for end-users.
- Web and App Development: Experience working with IT/Dev teams that develop websites (including the implementation of technical SEO updates and execution of website testing).
