What you’ll do: 

  • You will join the Online Gaming Team and in particular the business /management Platform and Demand Team reporting to the Online Gaming Platform Manager.

  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives focused on digital gaming platforms, including:   

  • Continuously advance the platform by identifying, defining, and prioritizing new features for the online gaming roadmap.

  • Coordinate the requirements definition for product features/evolution in collaboration with the Product Teams, collecting both business and technology needs.

  • Prepare the necessary documentation for project start-up and provide support to the technical and other involved teams during the requirements and analysis phases.

  • Approve project documentation and oversee final implementation.

  • Monitor the progress of project activities to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

  • Participate in pre-live verification phases and monitor platform functionality in the production environment.

  • Analyse daily business issues, collaborate with the team to resolve them, and engage with technical teams as needed.

  • Research, develop, and propose innovative ideas, while leading cross-functional collaboration to evolve game platforms and introduce more competitive features and products to the market.

  • Assist in the redesign of business processes and operational workflows.

  

Who you are: 

  • You bring at least 6 years of experience in platform management or similar roles, such as Digital/IT Project Manager, Product Owner, Technology/Product Consultant.

  • You hold a degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, Technology, or a related field.

  • You excel in task and time management, have strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of digital platforms and channels.

  • You are fluent in both English and Italian, spoken and written.

  • You have a strong functional and business-oriented background with a passion for technology, digital channels, and platforms. You stay curious and up-to-date with trends in the digital and gaming industries.

  • You are skilled at interacting with different stakeholders, comfortable working with top & mid-level management, and expert at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • You are independent and proactive, yet collaborative, always helping your team to achieve common goals.
