Onboarding Website Specialist

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a customer-centric, organized, and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in front-end code editing and system implementation to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring technical configurations meet customer requirements and guiding clients on system best practices. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Edit and refine front-end code (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) during implementation phases to align technical configurations with customer requirements and specifications. 
• Basic photo editing skills using tools like Photoshop and Canva. 
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities to identify client goals and technical needs, using relevant frameworks and methodologies. 
• Provide regular internal and external status updates, ensuring transparent communication regarding accomplishments, challenges, and any identified risks (e.g., weekly reports, bi-weekly meetings). 
• Act as a system and code expert, consulting clients on software configuration and design best practices, ensuring seamless alignment with their business objectives. 
• Collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and product teams to refine existing assets and ensure seamless design and technical implementation. 
• Use expertise in Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult clients and agencies on best practices and optimal configurations. 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including customer success and engineering. 
• Stay informed about trends in the real estate industry and related technologies to better support client needs and provide proactive recommendations. 
• Support leadership in operational activities, including process improvements and strategic initiatives, as needed. 
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a peer review environment to foster continuous growth and improvement. 
• Take ownership of decision-making and use data and experience to make informed, impactful choices. 

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or similar technical disciplines. 




• EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, or front-end web development/implementation, preferably in SaaS or real estate technology environments.

• Strong foundational knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Ability to assess client needs and deliver customized solutions, including technical code adjustments, to ensure optimal system performance. 
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, consistently meeting service standards and KPIs. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to self-pace to produce high-quality, error-free work. 
• Experience working with technical teams to refine pre-existing code and configurations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with customer needs. 
• Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications is preferred but not required.
