Onboarding & Talent Development Coordinator

We are looking for an Onboarding & Talent Development Coordinator to join our HR team in Paris. You will play a key role in delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience, coordinating onboarding for new joiners and supporting talent development initiatives.

Your future role within QRT:

The successful candidate will join a growing Onboarding team. In this role you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners.

Onboarding Responsibilities

• Lead engaging induction sessions to introduce new joiners to QRT’s culture, values and ways of working.
• Act as the first point of contact for new employees ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, addressing new joiners’ queries and guiding them through their first weeks.
• Work closely with HR, Compliance, Office Management and Security to streamline onboarding processes in Paris.
• Manage and coordinate the Buddy Program, tracking engagement and collecting feedback to improve the program.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely distribution of welcome kits and learning resources.
• Provide ideas and feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience and enhance new joiner engagement.
• Support the rollout of onboarding-related tools, system and global initiatives.

Talent Development Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate training and learning programs, including scheduling, venue bookings, technical setup and preparation of materials for both internal and external sessions.
• Maintain the LMS (Learning Management System) by setting up sessions, tracking attendance, enrolling participants and supporting employees with troubleshooting.
• Deliver a seamless learning experience by partnering with global colleagues and external vendors to support engaging talent development initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of QRT’s learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with global talent development initiatives.
  Collaborate with the Talent Development Analytics team to monitor learning activity, measure program effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
• Manage digital learning platforms by maintaining content, overseeing enrolment and engagement and recommending enhancements.
• Promote training opportunities across the business and coordinate with external providers to support delivery.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support to the QRT Academy team across day-to-day initiatives.

Your present skillset:

• 2+ years in a similar role within onboarding, talent development, HR or learning and development in a global organisation.
• Genuine interest in employee experience, onboarding and fostering a strong learning culture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Methodical and thorough approach to planning and coordination.
• Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday (preferred) and other digital learning tools.
• Able to monitor training impact, interpret learning data and generate relevant insights.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communicator, ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
