Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:

The Onboarding Specialist will support the launch of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns across key platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational precision, has excellent attention to detail, and is excited about building campaigns that set the foundation for long-term client success. You’ll work closely with the Growth, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure every campaign launches correctly, on time, and in alignment with platform best practices and internal QA standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and launch campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms using internal trackers and client inputs.
• Execute onboarding tasks with precision and speed, ensuring accurate setup across all ad platforms.
• Perform thorough QA to confirm campaign settings, budgets, audiences, and tracking are configured correctly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate blockers early.
• Stay current with platform-level changes to maintain campaign accuracy.
• Support custom campaign setup needs for high-priority or complex accounts.
• Document and improve onboarding processes and playbooks for cross-platform campaign builds.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or media execution preferred (agency experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Beeswax) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail—this is a non-negotiable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaign builds at once.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, follow SOPs, and communicate clearly with internal teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.ls is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and contribute feedback to improve our proprietary tech platform.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
