Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist for our Onboarding team in Las Vegas, NV.

This is a hybrid role with weekly commuting into our FreedomCare Las Vegas office. This role will require you to come into the office 3 times a week.

Department & Position Overview:

The Onboarding Specialist is a field-based role where you will travel throughout southern Nevada, meeting with patients and caregivers in their homes. You will work closely with our Intake team who will help to schedule your appointments. You will meet with the caregivers and patients to have them sign required documents as well as give a brief orientation to ensure they are properly set up for their care plan.

Every Day You Will:

    • Visit patients and caregivers in their homes
    • Acquire signatures for necessary documents via a Surface Pro and iPhone
    • Provide a brief orientation to ensure caregivers and patients are set up for their care plan
    • Participate in State-wide semi-weekly meeting with colleagues in Las Vegas, NV
    • Adhere to a revolving monthly client service and compliance standard
    • Effectively input and update the case file and account data within our Salesforce CRM tool
    • Manage your call dashboards and reporting to assist in managing assignments
    • Communicate and facilitate this process to the point of enrollment complete 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

    • At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role 
    • Proven Exceptional Customer Service experience 
    • Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment 
    • Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality type 
    • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively 
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage patients/caregivers by taking the extra mile in resolving any issues/concerns 
    • Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers 
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills; ability to comfortably resolve issues over the telephone 
    • Attention to detail and data accuracy 
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed weekly targets or metrics 
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills 
    • Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills 
    • Proactive with a commitment to excellence in your work 
    • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and or evolve as we grow! 
    • Previous experience managing multiple schedules 
    • Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal skills, the ability to multitask

    Nice to Haves:

    • Bilingual Spanish or other languages preferred
    • 2 years of salesforce experience 
    • 2 years of Medicaid experience in a homecare agency environment

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
