Mission:
As the Onboarding Manager, you are committed to instilling a mindset of adaptability and innovation within our teams. Your focus will be minimizing customer churn and ensuring widespread customer adoption of JobNimbus. Through strategic Onboarding initiatives, you will decrease the time to value for our newly signed-up customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Onboarding experience for our new customers
- Develop and implement Onboarding strategies and tactics for successful Onboarding
- Establish key metrics to measure onboarding success and drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the Onboarding experience and improve customer satisfaction
- Have strong collaboration with other CX departments and teams for seamless transitions
What makes you the hero for this job:
- 3+ years of experience managing an implementation, onboarding, or customer success team in a SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in onboarding strategy development and process optimization.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and improve key onboarding KPIs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction industry workflows is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or field service management software is a plus
