They excel at project management, juggling multiple onboarding initiatives and keeping stakeholders aligned. Their strong communication and collaboration skills enable them to work effectively with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support. They leverage data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies. Their process-oriented approach ensures streamlined workflows that scale with the business. By staying empathetic and adaptable, they tailor solutions to diverse customers, fostering trust and loyalty from the first interaction. Intiveo is a leading cloud-based patient engagement platform used by 15,000 practitioners to communicate with over 18 million patients. Our goal is to continuously improve patient care by understanding communication needs, behaviors, and preferences – resulting in successful treatment outcomes.

✨What You'll Do

  • Make sure clients have a smooth onboarding process and understand the value of Intiveo
  • Help clients see how Intiveo fits into their overall business strategy
  • Teach clients the best ways to use our Patient Experience Tool. 
  • Setup clients for success in improving their clinics efficiency and Patient Journey
  • Find ways to improve the onboarding process for clients so we can grow and keep more accounts
  • Handle ticket escalations and OKRs when needed.

    ✨Who You Are

    • You have experience working with clients, ideally in a SaaS company.
    • You have at least 3 years of project or client account management experience (Customer Success is a plus)
    • You're great at managing your time, staying organized, and solving problems
    • You're not afraid to speak up and share your ideas
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • You're detail-oriented
    • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and you have great presentation skills
    • You're tech-savvy and willing to learn new software

    ✨Bonus Points

    • You're bilingual (French/English)
    • Experience using a Customer Experience tool (Totango, ChurnZero or Gainsights etc)

    How Success is Measured

    • Time to Value (how quickly clients see the value in our product)
    • Days in Onboarding (how long the onboarding process takes)
    • Generating Advocates (how many clients become promoters of Intiveo)
