As an Onboarding Consultant at Wati, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients during their onboarding journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in onboarding to contribute to our company's success and help our clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person workshops, webinars and 1-1 training to clients on how to effectively utilize our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the features and functionality.
  • Assist clients in configuring and customizing our products to meet their specific requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the upgrades made to the product and advise customers accordingly. 
  • Ensure the onboarding queries on Whatsapp chat and email channels are answered within the defined SLAs.
  • Be responsible for localizing the onboarding process for clients in Brazil and Latin America, using Wati's global onboarding model as a reference.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
