What We're Looking For

This Fintech/Revenue Delivery Analyst is a client-facing position, in which you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and existing clients in the fintech banking sector. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of clients with the company’s banking solutions, providing support through every stage of the onboarding closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding
    • Lead the onboarding process for new & existing clients, ensuring smooth integration with banking and financial services platforms.
    • Gather required documentation and conduct due diligence checks, such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory compliance.
    • Guide clients through account setup, API integration, and service activation.
    • Liaise effectively with client-facing teams; provide strategic guidance as needed around client documentation, AML and Risk standards/guidelines, or Bank standards.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding phase.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with the clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and answer queries.
    • Conduct onboarding training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client understanding of the bank’s platform.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage complexity, multiple clients and deliver solutions to a tight deadline
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to perform with minimal manager direction, take ownership and work independently
  • Experience working within a strong regulatory/control environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services in a client facing or client operations role.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent job experience
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and partnership skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Understand payment systems and structures
  • Basic technology knowledge
  • Experience in developing and creating effective presentations (written/verbal) for senior personnel
  • Experience leading projects using project management methodologies
  • 1-2 years in a project delivery environment
  • PMP preferred

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00
