The ideal candidate will be an Analytical and Critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of performing highly detailed/technical work in an agile environment. The primary goal of this position is to be a Subject Matter Expert tactical recommendations on solutions/services relative to client’s goals. In addition, the ability to work independently, prioritize, collaborate, and provide actionable input for our internal teams (i.e. Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) and Clients is a must in our everyday work environment.

What You'll Bring:

  •  3-5 Years’ experience at an Ad technology or Marketing company
    • Prior operational/implementation experience with, but not limited to, the following is a plus:
      • Social Media Platform Syndications
      • Data Management or Customer Data Platforms
        • LiveRamp
        • Google
        • The Trade Desk
      • Self Service User Interfaces
      • Multi-Touch Attribution
      • Exposure to Snowlfake, SQL and Python
  • Impeccable organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

Impact You'll Make:

  • Translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows
  • Assist Product, Engineering, and Account teams in the architecture, planning, and governance of new and existing projects
  • Will need to be a self-starter and be able to work in a team of employees with different disciplines in a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Will serve as post-sales technical subject matter expert to help drive adoption, utilization, and ROI through innovation in data-driven marketing tactics
  • Must be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and will deliver market feedback from customers to product/engineering

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
