The Opportunity:
In the role of a Talent Management Coordinator, you will work closely with the Support Professional Talent Management Lead based in Warsaw. You will be key in maintaining a credible, proactive, responsive and client focused relationship with the Support Professionals with key focus on administrative support on all stages of the employee lifecycle for our Support Professional population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to employees and Managers across several Talent Management processes and systems (including, but not limited to performance management, OW balance wellbeing tool, office attendance reporting)
- Monitoring and checking-in on work life balance challenges and alerts including monitoring internal systems
- Hosting Introduction to SP Talent Management sessions for new joiners
- Conducting new hire meetings
- Conducting catch-up meetings with SPs after successful completion of probation period
- Conducting exit interviews
- Coordination of Work Away Week process for Europe
- Coordinating of Work from abroad requests
- Answer questions from employees and managers on all SPTM topics or processes
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- First HR experience required (education or work)
- Fluency in English & Polish both written and verbal; ability to tailor the message to fit the audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability and desire to work within a collaborative team and possess an interest in Human Resources.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong adherence to confidentiality
- Self-motivated, able to work with limited oversight and takes full ownership of her/his work and is flexible to prioritize or reprioritize as needed with help from manager
- Solution oriented with a can-do attitude.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- HRIS experience is a plus with experience in Workday preferred.
