Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for developing, organizing and delivering technology adoption and change management component of OWG Tech projects for Consultant, Support Professional and Partner audience. These includes creating high-quality training materials and delivery formats, collaborating with other departments, OWG technology providers, Project Sponsors and Stakeholders, as well as engaging with Subject Matter Experts.
The role requires leveraging leading edge tools and technologies, with a special emphasis on AI, and following the latest trends in digital education to facilitate effective technology adoption and to create a "world class" experience for our people.
Senior Technology Adoption & Training Analyst needs to be a self-starter capable of completing their regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicating with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and showing professionalism while day-to-day work. They must be a team player and require excellent communication skills to work in a complex, demanding and global professional services environment. The role also requires a high degree of organization, significant attention to details, strong customer service orientation and outstanding client relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead developing, organizing and delivering technology adoption and change management component of OWG Tech projects for Consultant, Support Professional and Partner audience.

Design, develop and maintain high-quality and visually compelling training content on applications and tools used across Oliver Wyman Group.

Organize and lead technology training sessions for the company’s educational curriculum and help coordinate the technology training days in our different offices and regions.

Update and redesign the existing training content or delivery methods as needed and implement suggestions based on training experiences and feedback from participants and internal facilitators.

Collaborate with other departments (Internal Communications, Learning & Development), OWG technology providers, Project Sponsors and Stakeholders to increase adoption of applications and tools in OWG.

Engage with Subject Matter Experts to extract high quality training content and manage the Subject Matter Experts’ input and feedback in the end-to-end process.

Leverage leading edge tools and technologies, with a special emphasis on AI, and follow the latest trends in digital education to facilitate effective technology adoption and to create a "world class" experience for our people. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Monitor the quality of technology adoption solutions by analyzing feedback, assessing the impact, and improving the offering where needed.
Experience required:
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with training content development and change management related to technology
-
Knowledge of current corporate learning concepts, techniques, and tools relevant to designing programs that resonate with stakeholders

Proficiency in Generative AI, including knowledge of tools, trends, and challenges; experience in developing training content on AI is a plus

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to lead a positive, productive sessions either in person or virtually

Excellent PowerPoint skills

Fluency in creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and Camtasia will be an asset

BA/BS or higher
