We're on the hunt for an ambitious, creative, and innovative Digital/Web Art Director to join our Design Studio in Mexico City. As part of our team of over 200 creatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual journey.
Job Description
As our Digital/Web Art Director, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative process from concept to execution. We’re not just looking for someone to follow a brief – we want a creative thinker who can take a brief and transform it into an innovative, visually engaging experience. You'll also guide a team of gifted designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth. With your insight into the latest trends and technologies in digital design and your passion for a minimalist design you'll help our team create dynamic, user-friendly content that elevates our brands.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days each week in the office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our global team and clients to decode the design brief and establish creative objectives.

Steer the ideation and concept development process, churning out vibrant, cutting-edge, minimalist designs for an array of digital projects such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Lead and mentor a team of designers, cultivating an environment ripe with creativity and collaboration.

Ensure all digital content is visually captivating, user-friendly, and consistent with brand identity.

Evaluate the efficacy of our digital designs, delivering insights and suggestions for enhancement.

Keep a finger on the pulse of current digital trends and technology, integrating new design innovations into our creative process.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital/Web Art Director or similar role in the Creative industry.

A portfolio that demonstrates a talent for creating high-quality, minimalist digital design work.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and technologies (Figma, Webflow, AEM, After Effects, Lottie).

Excellent understanding of the digital design process, including web design, UX/UI, and responsive design.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new design trends and techniques.
