Williams Lea is hiring for Office Services Associates for our Chicago office to work Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm! (with the occasional Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Pay: $18.05 - $19.00/hour

The primary function for this role will be general clerical and office support. If you are passionate about copying, faxing, general hospitality, and mail, this job could be for you!

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
  • Perform work in copy, fax, hospitality, mail and intake functions as needed and according to established procedures.
  • Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
  • Meet contracted deadlines for sending and delivering faxes.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
  • Load copiers with various paper and toner.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
  • Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.
