What You’ll Bring to The Team:
Reporting to the Director, People Operations & Experience, the Workplace Experience Specialist will be a key member of the People Experience team and point person for the Atlanta Headquarters, supporting projects to nurture workplace inclusiveness and provide administrative support to the leadership team to help increase efficiency across the organization. This critical role requires exemplary organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands while building strong relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to ordering supplies, budget reconciliation, tracking and stocking kitchen inventory, and keeping the office neat and in excellent shape.
- Collaborate with Building/Property Management for any projects such as Evacuations, Personnel Updates, Facility Concerns, Maintenance of Visitor Management, and Special Events
- Mail Scanning & Fulfillment
- Booking Catering Orders and supporting Team Retreats in the office
- Maintaining Travel Platform and acting as 1st Point of Contact
Executive Assistance
- Perform diverse administrative duties and manage high-level tasks for the executive team including meeting/event planning, travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc.
- Manage and maintain calendars for multiple executive team members
- Help drive special projects for the CEO and leadership team
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
The ideal candidate has:
- Ability to work on-site in our Atlanta office up to 4 days per week
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, in a fast-paced environment, including 3+ years experience supporting at the executive level
- 3+ years of experience managing an office
- Previous experience at a technology or healthcare startup strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google suite of products, MS Office Suite, Mac OS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter, with a positive and flexible attitude
