As the Office Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of ensuring the effective execution of the day-to-day facilities management that includes management of site logistics, security, safety, general maintenance works and presentation of the CAE Head Office and other facilities. .

This role will suit someone who has managed a professional office environment before, comfortable working stakeholders of all levels and someone who has strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills.

The role we are offering you

  • Consult business leaders on planning, coordinating and executing essential facility central services
  • Assist in maintaining site security by controlling office access, visitor logs, processing visitor notifications
  • Coordination of all logistic activities within the facilities
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including special cleanings, repairs and interior upkeep with external contractors and landlords.
  • Take charge of emergency procedures (including Fire Wardens) and first aid requirements for the office
  • Administrative responsibilities to support the Homebush site and leadership team. This may also include diary management, coordination of activities, travel support and any other activities as required

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Extensive understanding of workplace, health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Proven experience supporting and interacting with senior executives
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong office management experience within a professional environment

Location:

  • CAE Office, Homebush, NSW
  • This will be a full-time, on-site role

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for a Defence security clearance.
