We are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting executive leadership and enhancing workplace efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office logistics, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
- Provide administrative support to the VP of Business Operations and CEO on various projects and tasks.
- Assist with company finance bookkeeping, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage company travel coordination, handling bookings, itineraries, and travel policies.
- Support employee welfare initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain organization and efficiency within cross-functional teams by implementing and improving internal processes.
- Collaborate with leadership and employees to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be in-person at our Williamsburg office Monday to Friday.
- 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other office management tools.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping and financial processes (e.g., QuickBooks, Expensify, or similar software).
- Ability to coordinate company travel and manage multiple calendars effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech or startup environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR and employee welfare initiatives.
- Understanding of financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Interest in blockchain, DeFi, or financial technology.
Salary and seniority level commensurate with experience (range: $69,000-$84,000)
