About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in-person at our NYC office. This is a part-time role offering $40-50/hr, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for at least 4 hours a day — with the possibility of additional hours and days with advance notice. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to support a dynamic team and create a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment. No prior experience required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Run errands such as retrieving coffee, managing returns, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and facility management.
- Oversee office and kitchen supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
- Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage and troubleshoot office equipment, including computers and other essential devices.
- Coordinate and oversee catering for meetings and events.
- Support various ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
