Requirements
Your Tasks:
- General administrative support and controlling
- Procurement and ordering
- Telephone service
- Managing inbox and outbox
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Travel management
Required Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and especially Excel)
- Experience with an ERP system (Oracle knowledge is a plus)
- Experience working in an international company is desirable
