How your day will look like 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere 
  • Assist with processing invoices, tracking payments, and handling basic accounting tasks. 
  • Support in the organisation of Events. 
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and manage office-related HR tasks. 

Your profile 

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience in managing office budgets and basic financial tracking 
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and work effectively with different teams 
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
